The founder is an experienced professional with over 18 years in the field, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, and is a member of CIPD. The founder possesses skills in process improvements, client relationship management, analytical thinking, and personal branding. Additionally, the founder has obtained various certifications, including KPI Professional, Lean Practitioner, Strategic Planning Management, Balanced Scorecard Professional, TOT, as well as numerous other accreditations in diverse areas of HR and strategy.
